Fees and Terms 

Our fee is  25% of the candidate's total first year compensation.

Compensation consists of base salary, bonus and any other cash advance.  Our fee is based on the mid-point of the estimated compensation package.  We require an exclusive arrangement for each search assignment.  It is understood that no other search firm will submit potential candidates for the search contracted with our firm.  If a search is significantly redirected to a different set of parameters than we originally agreed upon which invalidates work we have done, an adjustment to our fee would be discussed.


We bill monthly for expenses directly attributable to the search.  Expenses include: travel, food, lodging and research.  We will request authorization before making an unusual or unanticipated expenditure.
