The firm develops and owns hotel and casino and condominium properties throughout the United States. Key projects exceed $1 billion in work. Candidates must have built or developed as a general contractor, construction manager or real estate developer/owner, large hotel, condo or hospitality projects. Candidates must also have a stable job history, exceptional business, leadership and people skills.

Must understand and have subcontractor relationships and a minimum of 10 years experience in construction management. Responsible for all construction operations of $80 million company and third party construction projects. Knows how to run a business from a P&L perspective, extensive field experience and ability to create policies and procedures. This person will have a Director of Field Operations and a Director of Purchasing\Estimating as direct reports.

Will set up a new office in California; has worked with government agencies and community leaders on housing programs. Knows how to develop operating budgets, annual business, project master plans and critical paths.

Preparing memorandums and recommendations for the senior credit committee, analyzing deal structures and providing pricing guidance for complex transactions.

The appropriate candidate MUST possess:

Excellent academic track record with a Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and a GPA of a least 3.2.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
At least 3-4 years of analytical work preferably in the real estate industry.
Distinguished written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Very strong work ethic and personal motivation and the ability to take on significantly increased responsibility.
