Has developed property budgets and pro formas to include: retail/office budgeting, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) requisitions, budget variance reports, forecasting, lease analysis and consolidated corporate budget functions. Will manage cash flow (i.e. company billing, collections, overdue invoices, deposits, payables, and wire transfers).
