Title: Controller – Retail Leasing Operations
Industry: Private Land Developer
Location: Florida
Compensation: $100K-$125
Reports: CEO
Ideal Candidate: Must be currently working for retail shopping center developer with knowledge of excel, preferably Timerberline, with at least 10 years experience. Experience managing all financial budgets, accounts payable and receivable for all owned shopping centers, overseeing financial statements and assisting with financial reporting and completion of audited financial statements. Has developed property budgets and pro formas to include: retail/office budgeting, Common Area Maintenance (CAM) requisitions, budget variance reports, forecasting, lease analysis and consolidated corporate budget functions. Will manage cash flow (i.e. company billing, collections, overdue invoices, deposits, payables, and wire transfers).
