Title: Project Manager
Industry: Affordable Housing Developer
Location: NJ
Compensation: $200,000 plus
Reports to: President
Ideal Candidate: Experience in managing affordable and market rate multi-family developments throughout tri-state area. Background in construction loan management of proceeds from syndication, NY/CT Housing Finance Corporation programs, local/state tax-exempt bond issues, and institutional lenders. Can bring the project from inception to completion, including, interfacing with the general contractors, lenders, property management teams, and state/local government entities. Strong financial background with analytical skills and spreadsheet presentation abilities. Solid background in computer software programs i.e. Word, Excel, Lotus 123, etc.
Title: VP, Construction
Industry: Affordable, multi-family housing developer
Location: NY
Compensation: $125,000-$150,000
Reports to: VP, Operations
Ideal Candidate: Must understand apartment construction and associated construction costs so as to be able to formulate purchasing and building costs for building financial plan. Must understand and have subcontractor relationships and a minimum of 10 years experience in construction management. Responsible for all construction operations of $80 million company and third party construction projects. Knows how to run a business from a P&L perspective, extensive field experience and ability to create policies and procedures. This person will have a Director of Field Operations and a Director of Purchasing\Estimating as direct reports.
